3	Rawwas: Coronavirus is an ethics issue	Rawwas claims COVID-19 has clearly shown the failure of free-market systems to provide anything nearing an adequate response to a global pandemic and has clearly determined the virtues of a centrally planned economic system. It has also established the complete lack of anything nearing a satisfactory healthcare framework in countries such as the United States and others.
