Development of the talented and gifted child is focus of second annual 'Contag '86' conference at UNI July 27-Aug. 1

Speakers will address topics related to school and community resources, counseling, and parenting; participants will learn classroom strategies and management, ideas for working with gifted students and the importance of art in the lives of such children.
