University of Northern Iowa's department of educational psychology and foundations establishing Gordon Rhum memorial scholarship.

Gordon Rhum, an emeritus professor of education, died April 20. Member of Northern Iowa's faculty from 1948-1985. Serving in such capacities as coordinator of research and evaluation, dean of the Graduate College, acting dean of the College of Education.
