Program to train leaders for youth service agencies under development at University of Northern Iowa.

Guiding development is McElroy Professor Robert Lang. The purpose of the $500,000 grant from the McElroy Trust and program is to educate students for careers as leaders and administrators of youth agencies, and to provide opportunities for current youth.
