Mostly-white campuses need more support services to keep minority students in teaching, says University of Northern Iowa counseling grad student.

Minorities in Teaching aim to recruit more minority students into the teaching profession. But once they arrive on a campus like UNI, which is predominantly white, they will need an extra measure of support from University community to stay in school.
