Foreign investment- is the entire united states for sale?

Recent buyouts of major pieces of property have many people concerned that the U. S. is selling out to foreign investors. Ken McCormick says foreign investors own less than 2 percent of U. S. commercial real estate, and less than 1 percent of farmland.
