Des Moines presidential scholar at University of Northern Iowa will pursue law.

Joan Larsen is a member of the first class of Presidential Scholars at Northern Iowa. In addition to peer counseling, Larsen is president of Sigma Delta Pi, the Spanish honorary. She is a member of Omicron Delta Kappa.
