Five students awarded $500 Mabel Wright scholarships at University of Northern Iowa.

The scholarships are memorials to Mabel McNally Wright, director of physical training at UNI from 1907-1910. They are designed for women of promising ability who need financial assistance to prepare themselves to teach physical education.
