Regents approve budget, other business for University of Northern Iowa.

A fiscal 1991 budget of $80,575,000 was approved. Proposed expenditures include $64,548,425 for salaries and fringe benefits; $6,940,334 for supplies; $892,890 for library acquisitions,; $2,578,400 for utilities; and $550,000 for building repairs.
