Martha Ellen Tye Festival at University of Northern Iowa begins Sunday with opening ceremony

The Martha Ellen Tye Multicultural Fine Arts Festival will begin with a keynote speaker. The festival is now in its third year, and will feature a month-long celebration of Jewish culture, including music, film, theatre, art exhibitions, and lectures.
