University of Northern Iowa attracts more than 80 geologists
2008 Tri-State Geological Field Conference & Society for Sedimentary Geology conference

The conference participants will examine quarries and road cuts along 60 miles of the formation transect, from Osage to Cedar Falls. Lithograph City, from which the formation takes its name, was platted in 1905-1906 and later changed its name to Devonia.
