Day one of the indoor track and field Missouri Valley Conference (MVC) was held in the UNI-Dome. On the men's team, six advanced to the finals in five different events: 60 meter dash - Isaiah Trousil, Tayshaun Cooper, Eli Hicks; 60 meter hurdles - Jak Sumners; 200 meter dash - Isaiah Trousil, Tayshaun Cooper, Eli Hicks; 800 meter dash - Wal Khat; mile - CJ May. On the women's team, six advanced in three events: 60 meter hurdles - Hannah Schau, Megan Hudson; 200 meter dash - Taylor Raines, Tyler Gray; 800 meter - Dianna Slight, Katie Nimrod.
