4/8/2021 The UNI volleyball team played in the Missouri Valley Conference (MVC) tournament against Drake and Loyola-Chicago. They beat Drake in three sets, winning 25-19, 25-21, and 25-20. Next, they fell to Loyola-Chicago by 3-1, with scores 17-25, 25-17, 24-26, and 23-21. The games ended the team's season since they did not receive an at-large bid for the NCAA tournament.

Alanna Nietert set a career-best, placing her third in the Missouri Valley Conference (MVC) and 58th in the NCAA. Isaiah Trousil came second in the 200-meter dash, first place in the MVC and 39th overall in the NCAA. C.J. May scored a career best and third overall in the MVC. In relays, the women's team is third in the conference and the men's is first.
