Many of the track and field athletes had strong performances at the Jim Duncan Invitational at Drake. UNI will travel to Normal, Illinois to compete in the Redbird Spring Invitation.
4 Panthers' Knodle sets javelin record

Panthers track and field team does well at the Joey Haines Invitational. Paige Knodle set a new record in the javelin throw with a throw of 149 feet. The panthers placed very well in several other events, photo.
5 Wexter sets school record at ESU Relays

Jenna Wexter jumped twelve feet nine and a half inches on her first pole vault attempt at the Emporia State University Relays. This was good enough for first place and was two inches better than the previous UNI record vault.
6 Stockstell selected as MVC Track Athlete of the Week

Aaron Stockstell recognized for having the best time in the 800m in the Missouri Valley Conference. He is also a member of the 4x400m relay team ranked number 2 in the conference.
