Died July 20, 1944, at Park Ridge, Illinois. He had been superintendent of schools at Sibley, Iowa, from 1892 until 1895. Later he was associated with the New York Life Insurance Company at Grand Forks, North Dakota, and in 1933 moved to Park Ridge.
