Day one of the indoor track and field Missouri Valley Conference (MVC) was held in the UNI-Dome. On the men's team, six advanced to the finals in five different events: 60 meter dash - Isaiah Trousil, Tayshaun Cooper, Eli Hicks; 60 meter hurdles - Jak Sumners; 200 meter dash - Isaiah Trousil, Tayshaun Cooper, Eli Hicks; 800 meter dash - Wal Khat; mile - CJ May. The UNI track and field team traveled to Ames, IA to compete in the Iowa State Classic and the Minneapolis, MN to compete in the Cold Classic. In Ames, several Panthers finished in the top ten: Cam Bauer - first place triple jump with a career-best of 14.29 meters for fifth place overall in the Missouri Valley Conference (MVC); Darius King - first place weight throw with a career best of 16.12 meters and third overall in the MVC; Sven Van Den Bergh - sixth place in 400 meter dash; McKayla Cole - ninth in 5K.
