4	UNI Roast plans to bring coffee shop to the Hill Hottle--Olivia Grace (Student--2011) Northern Iowan 108:32, p.5	1/31/2012	The Roast is set to open in August 2012. It is a nonprofit coffee shop designed for students by students. Currently twelve students are involved; advised by Matthew Wilson.

Her current award was for her essay on entrepreneurship, letters of recommendation, and financial statements from her company, TargetClick, photo.

Students had to prepare a "pitch" concerning a company or product lasting only ninety seconds. Therese Kuster won and will compete in a national competition.

The certificate requires 24 hours of training on topics including incubator finances, strategic planning, policies and procedures.

Team Andrews achieved the highest Balanced Scorecard, which tracks selected benchmarks such as return on investment.
