Article Summary | Hunter Friesen reviews ‘Jojo Rabbit’ (2019). The movie was about London octogenarian Roy Courtnay, played by Ian McKellen, who is a career con man. One day, while using an online dating scam, he meets Betty McLeish, played by Helen Mirren. The two hit it off and Courtnay finds out she is worth three million pounds. He then plans to steal her money but a plethora of conflicts make it much harder. Frieson rates the directing, writing, acting, and the overall film on a scale from 0 to 5. Friesen rated the film overall 3.5/5 paw prints.
