Road closing through UNI campus as Latham Field parking lot construction begins

Construction of a parking lot on Latham Athletic Field results in the closing of Indiana Street, West Twenty-Third, and the access road along the Communication Arts Center. Contractors are hired to fix water leakage in the Education Center.
