College athletes sue NCAA for profiting off of athletes' names, images Ed O'Bannon and Sam Keller, former college athletes, are challenging the NCAA concerning the use of images used in sports games by EA Sports. The NCAA has responded that no such use has occurred. This will be decided in a court of law.
