Mrs. William B. Fagan, Jr.

Is in charge of the kindergarten departments of Lincoln and Webster Schools, Pella, Iowa. She taught first grade for two years in the schools at Shell Rock, Iowa, where she organized a new kindergarten department. Lt. Fagan, is overseas with the Marines.
