University of Northern Iowa debate duo one of only 16 in nation to get pre-district bid for national tournament.

This is the second consecutive year Aaron Hawbaker and Ken Schuler have been accorded this honor. This year's collegiate topic is "Resolved: That the U.S. Foreign Policy Toward One or More African Nations Should Be Substantially Changed."
