350 of Iowa's top speech students to be honored at Northern Iowa Monday (April 10.)

Students honored for outstanding achievements during the Iowa High School Speech Association Individual Events All-State Festival. Student performances are more of a showcase than a competition. Student's representing 162 schools will perform.
