UNI School of Music to induct second member into Jazz Hall of Fame during Jazz Panthers concert

Noted jazz educator Richard Francis will be recognized at a concert. Francis, who took graduate classes at the College, majored in music education at the University of Kansas and later received both his bachelor's and master's degrees at Northeastern MO.
