UNI's IWRC hosts workshop on new EPA rule for bulk gasoline plants

The new rule says that bulk gasoline plants with a throughput less than 20,000 gallons-per-day are subject to less stringent regulatory requirements than the larger bulk gasoline termins, according to Dan Nickey.
