From frozen to fresh: UNI to hold workshop for creating healthier school lunches

The Northern Iowa Food and Farm Partnership workshop is called "'A' is for Asparagus, healthier school lunches for Iowa," to get fresh food on school lunch trays. The workshop will show how food service directors can serve healthy, fresh food to students.
