Billie Waimer, a junior from Arnolds Park, was chosen by the "I" club, letterman's organization as Winter sports queen. Waimer is a music major, 19 years old and 5 ft. 6 in. tall. She is a member of the Delta Delta Phi sorority and the A Cappella choir.
