6/1/1960 Dormitories held open houses and special dinners on the annual Dad's Day at TC. The Dad's Day Committee chose Mr. Walter L. Sullivan, father of John L. Sullivan, was chosen as Dad of the Day. This was due to John's achievements. John is a physical education major with minors in biology and mathematics. He is active in the student body government, vice-president of the Men's Union, and one of the captains of the football team. He has been nominate to the hall of Recognition the past two years.
