Sexuality, Women and Gender (SWAG) will host the forum "Jackie and Jill Robinson: Women and the Need to Be Better at Politics" on March 2 in Rod Library. The Women's History Month Kickoff and Art Expo will be on March 3 in the Center for Multicultural Education (CME), and there will be a documentary screening on Carrie Chapman Catt followed by a panel on the same date. On March 5, Col. Beth Behn (Chief of Staff, Army Sustainment Command) will give the lecture "A Rising Tide: The Final Victorious Wave of the Women's Suffrage Movement, 1916-1920." The Philosophy and Religion 50th Anniversary Lecture will be held on March 6, given by Tracy Bonfitto, Curator of Art at the Harry Ransom Center at the University of Texas at Austin: "A Visible Scar: Loss and Memory in the Works of Zarina Hashmi and Rummana Hussein." Future events will include Women in Red: Wikipedia Editathon in Rod Library, Bingo Night in Curris Business Building, communication studies professor Catherine Palczewski's lecture "Bodies that Argue: How Suffragists Constituted White Women's Citizenship During the 1919 Prison Special Tour" as the last installment of the Phi Alpha Theta lecture series, the even "Women of War: Stories of Veteran Women," a movie night and RodCon keynote speaker Gabby Rivera in the Gallagher Bluedorn Performing Arts Center. The month will conclude with Women of Excellence on March 27.

47	Ending the stigma: You Matter Week at UNI Northern Iowan 116:30, p.1	01/27/2020	Northern Iowa Student Government has teamed up with Active Minds, Black Student Union, To Write Love on Her Arms and UNI Counseling Services to help coordinate this event. Sarah Rassing, a graduate student and NISG Director of Mental Health helped coordinate the events to hopefully make this annual. Brian Nissen emphasizes the importance of students to the university, as well as Jennifer Schneiderman, director of counseling services at UNI helps students know the help campus provides. 48	Library exhibit explores WWI impact Northern Iowan 116:28, p.5	01/16/2020	The exhibit "World War I: Lessons and Legacies" is on display in the Rod Library Learning Commons through February 15. The exhibit is courtesy of the Smithsonian Institution Traveling Exhibition Service, the National Museum of American History, U.S. World War I Centennial Commission, and Smithsonian Women's Service. It includes artifacts from the UNI Museum and documents and photos from the Special Collections and University Archives. Two lectures will happen in conjunction with the exhibit: "Warriors, Caregivers, and Patriots: Women's Experiences in the First World War," by associate history professor Emily Machen, and "For the Fallen: Military Cemeteries of the Western Front," by associate history professor Thomas Connors; photos.
49	Students win Regional tax contest, advance to nationals Northern Iowan 116:27, p.2	12/12/2019	Students from UNIBusiness won first place at the Deloitte National FanTAXtic Competition in Milwaukee, WI. This event is a debate competition where accounting students in teams of five (one senior, one junior, and three other members of the freshman or sophomore standing) prepare a case in three weeks before the competition about taxes and present it. Winners of the Deloitte National FanTAXtic Competition will move on to the national competition in January down in Texas.
50	Students de-stress before finals Northern Iowan 116:27, p.1	12/12/2019	Student Wellness Services hosted De-Stress Days from December 9-11 in the Maucker Union ballrooms. Activities included crafts, therapy animals, hot chocolate and eat, and "Walk the Labyrinth," among others.
