UNI Theatre in education project explores Constitution, Bill of Rights

Professor Gretta Berghammer discusses the "Blue Print for Freedom" program. The program is designed teach students in grades three through six about the U. S. Constitution and Bill of Rights. Production costs are covered by the Department of Education.
